Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, Chemical/Chemical Engineering background is preferred.
- 4 to 5 years of sales experience (preferably from automotive, chemical, or trading companies).
- Hands-on experience handling chemical/plastic resin products such as Copolymer, Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), etc.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the sales of plastic resin products.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and target new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers while expanding new business avenues related to plastic materials.
- Create and analyze yearly budgets to align with commercial targets.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to optimize profitability.
