Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze international markets; identify potential buyers and map the competitive landscape in target export markets
- Develop sales strategies and pricing to penetrate and grow target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new customers
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions tailored to each target market
- Provide product development input based on market feedback and buyer requirements
- Set realistic sales targets, monitor performance, and report to management with corrective action proposals when needed
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Sales & Marketing SOPs and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, export sales, or international marketing
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in an export or trade environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools
- Owns a personal vehicle
- Self-motivated, proactive, and high integrity; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and adaptability
