We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site position based in Tangerang. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning and control, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Core duties include monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate cost reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. The role also involves evaluating project variations and assisting with cost-related recommendations.
Qualifications
1. Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
2. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
3. Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
6. Proven experience in construction or related industries
7. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
8. Familiarity with construction standards and regulations is a plus
