Job description for Senior QA Lead at Công ty TNHH Diksha Technologies
What they'll be doing:
- Setting up a QE governance model covering roles, responsibilities, decision rights, quality gates and release readiness controls
- Defining standard testing practices across planning, design, execution, defect management, risk management and reporting
- Making requirements more testable, with clear acceptance criteria, traceability and alignment to business processes
- Bringing in risk-based testing for critical business processes, integrations, data migration and member journeys
- Getting more out of Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting and quality dashboards
- Defining standard test artefacts: test plans, test scripts, defect taxonomy, test completion reports and release readiness evidence
- Improving SIT and UAT readiness, including setting clearer expectations for business stakeholders, vendors and project teams
- Recommending practical improvements to test environments and test data
- Putting together a transition plan so the client, or an ongoing partner, can keep the framework running after the three months
Must have:
- Has set up test governance or a testing framework for an organisation, not just run testing.
- Has implemented a risk-based testing approach.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Has coordinated SIT and UAT with business users and third-party vendors
- Has defined test approaches for data migration and system integrations.
- Has coached teams and handed over a framework for others to run.
Nice to have:
- Test environment and test data management
- Experience in member-based, insurance or not-for-profit organisations
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or similar
English and stakeholder skills really matter here
have MS dynamics CE skill set.
