Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
- Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and completeness.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Perform risk assessment and provide quality recommendations throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and prepare test reports and quality metrics.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across teams.
- Ensure product readiness and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to deliver high-quality software.
