Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of the Accurate system and Microsoft Excel.(Mandatory)
- Understanding of purchasing flows in trading companies and manufacturing companies
- Willing to be based in PIK, North Jakarta
Job Description:
- Source and evaluate packaging suppliers for new product development (NPD) by assessing pricing, MOQ, lead time, and material quality while coordinating with Prodev, Design, and Marketing teams.
- Manage procurement processes including PO creation, shipment follow-up, invoice matching, and documentation control.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain concept and flow
- Plan and calculate monthly material and packaging requirements based on forecast, usage, and safety stock levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Maklon, Warehouse, QA, R&D, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth operational support.
- Select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Use the Accurate system for processing orders and keeping clear records.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all purchases.
