Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support restaurant, hotel, and villa operations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with wholesalers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities across multiple outlets/properties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and service providers.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Executive Chefs, and Venue Managers regarding procurement requirements.
- Manage procurement of food & beverage products, operating supplies, equipment, maintenance items, and capital expenditures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager or Senior Purchasing Manager in restaurants, hotels, or villas.
- Strong network of wholesalers and distributors within the hospitality and F&B industry.
- Proven experience in negotiation, cost control, and procurement planning.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing procedures.
- Familiar with purchasing systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to manage procurement activities for multiple venues and maintain strong wholesaler relationships.
- Able to join immediately.
