As a Senior Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing daily manufacturing operations, driving floor-level efficiency, and maintaining strict quality standards. You will be directly responsible for monitoring production workflows, operating complex machinery, and ensuring that daily output targets are consistently met in full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. Beyond hands-on execution, you will serve as a technical anchor on the floor—inspecting raw materials, identifying operational bottlenecks, and executing immediate troubleshooting to minimize downtime and product defects.
In this role, leadership and effective communication are key. You will mentor and guide junior production staff, fostering a disciplined, safe, and productive work environment. Acting as a vital bridge between teams, you will coordinate seamlessly with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Safety departments to streamline processes and maintain material accuracy. Utilizing your language skills in English and Mandarin, you will also interface with technical experts or international management, interpret technical machinery manuals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output and reduce waste.
