Job description for Senior Product Owner at OKXE
- Will be the leader responsible for maximizing the value of the product created by the Scrum team;
- As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, communicating with stakeholders and internal departments, planning and managing the product development process to create the strong end product;
- The Product Owner should also be skilled in leading the Scrum team, managing product backlogs, and optimizing the value of the product.
- Working closely with stakeholders on the strategy, product vision, product roadmap and goals;
- Collecting the requirements for product;
- Researching and analyzing market, the users, and the roadmap for the product;
- Proposing and presenting ideas to stakeholders;
- Define product features, functions, MVP;
- Leading the development process;
- Being the bridge and main contact between team and stakeholders;
- Creating, managing and prioritizing product backlog, epics, stories to maximize the value that are aligned with product vision and goal;
- Working with the team to define, manage sprint backlog and ensure the objective of each sprint;
- Keeping stakeholders informed the status of the product;
- Managing the team and acting as the lead of Scrum team.
- At least 03 years of experience as a Product Owner, having knowledge and experience on Financial and E-commerce product is preferred;
- The ability to communicate fluently in English;
- Having in-depth knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Having presentation skills;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills.
