Senior Product Manager

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join an exciting large-scale project: the Danantara Indonesia Ecosystem — a national-level digital transformation initiative. You will be working as part of an outsourcing team on the development of enterprise-grade applications within this ecosystem.

We are looking for driven professionals who are ready to contribute to one of Indonesia's most impactful technology projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
• Manage product priorities, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and key decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers or other members of the product team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven experience managing product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software product development processes.
• Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product priorities, resources, and risks.
• Professional English proficiency is preferred.
• A plus if the candidate has a technical/engineering background or a strong understanding of how development teams work (e.g., software architecture, APIs, integrations, deployment processes).
