Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and launch of innovative beauty products from concept to completion.
Work closely with cross-functional & global teams to ensure timely product development and successful launches.
Ensure all product development aligns with brand goals and customer's perspective
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze data to drive product decisions and feature prioritization.
Stay updated on global skincare and makeup trends, as well as local beauty market demands.
Ensure all product development aligns with brand goals and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in Beauty Product Development or/and Market Research that specifically handle beauty client.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of skincare and makeup ingredients and beauty industry trends (locally and globally).
Experience leading product development and working with cross-functional teams.
Skilled in market research and data analysis to guide product development.
Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and launch successful beauty products.
Willing to work full-time on-site at our Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta office.
