Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Product Designer Satu Dental
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer ready to own design across this entire product portfolio — end-to-end, from field research to post-release iteration, with no design lead above you.
What you'll do
- Go straight to the clinics for research — talking to dentists, nurses, and front-office staff
- Build and maintain the "Synergy" Design System
- Design for two very different user types: internal clinic staff vs. patients
- Prepare build-ready specs for engineering, covering every state
- Measure design impact with data (GA4, Metabase), then iterate
- Collaborate within an AI-assisted design workflow (Figma MCP, Claude Code)
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of in-house product/UI-UX design experience, 2+ years senior
- Proven end-to-end ownership without a design lead
- Have actually owned (not just used) a design system
- Advanced Figma skills
- Habitually complete every design state without being asked
- A portfolio that shows process, not just final output
Nice to have Healthtech/EMR experience, B2B enterprise products, or prior experience as a company's sole designer.
