We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer – Cybersecurity (IAM Specialist) to support our growing cybersecurity business, with a particular focus on Ping Identity and enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining technical presales, solution architecture, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and implementation support.
What You'll Do
1. Solution Design & Architecture
Design IAM and Identity Security solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.
Develop solution architectures covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity federation, authentication, authorization, and access management.
Recommend suitable solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
2. Technical Presales & PoCs
Lead technical discovery sessions, customer presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot IAM solutions during PoCs and technical evaluations.
Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation approaches.
3. Implementation & Integration Support
Support IAM deployment planning, solution configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Work with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, REST APIs, SaaS applications, and cloud environments.
Apply relevant identity protocols, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
4. Customer & Partner Collaboration
Work closely with sales teams, customers, implementation teams, and technology partners throughout the sales and solution delivery process.
Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Support RFPs, RFIs, technical tenders, solution sizing, and technical feasibility assessments.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical presales, solution engineering, IAM implementation, cybersecurity consulting, or a related technical role.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, identity federation, and access management.
Hands-on experience or strong technical familiarity with at least one enterprise IAM platform.
Experience conducting technical demonstrations, PoCs, integrations, or customer-facing technical workshops.
Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure, directories, APIs, cloud services, and hybrid environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with sales, customers, technical teams, and technology partners.
Our Preferred Technology Experience
Ping Identity experience is highly preferred, including exposure to products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, or PingID.
Candidates with relevant experience in other enterprise IAM platforms are also encouraged to apply, including:

Relevant vendor certifications, cloud knowledge, and experience supporting enterprise or government customers are advantages.
