About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on and independent Senior Online Marketing Specialist who can take responsibility for the day-to-day development and execution of our online marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies from zero.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Develop content strategies and maintain practical content calendars.
- Write, edit and optimise English content for websites, social media, advertisements, guides, articles and other digital marketing materials.
- Manage and grow Santai Homes Bali's social media channels.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Optimise website content, structure, and on-page SEO.
- Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement new online marketing opportunities and tools.
- Create basic photo and video content for social media, construction updates, properties and day-to-day marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, photographers, videographers and other external specialists when required.
- Use AI and modern digital marketing tools effectively.
- Help develop and improve the company's online marketing processes and systems as the business grows.
Requirements
- Strong written and good communication skills in English.
- Strong practical experience in SEO, digital marketing, content, and social media.
- Proven ability to build SEO and organic visibility from a new website.
- Experience in real estate, property development or other high-consideration/luxury products is an advantage, but not required.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Proactive and independent — able to identify opportunities, create plans, and execute without constant direction.
- Photography/video skills are a plus, but not essential.
