Senior Merchandiser

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing).

·        At least 05 years of experience in the apparel industry as a Merchandiser.

·        Proficient in English & Computer.

·        Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.

·        Good leadership skills.

·        Follow up and task-oriented.

Job Description:

·        Lead the team and support team to enhance their performance.

·        Achieve sales targets and generate new business.

·        Obtain orders from customers.

·        Ensure smooth execution of orders and on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

·        Obtain order projections from customers.

·        Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular visits.

·        Ensure on-time payments from customers.

·        Work closely with Development Team of existing customer to identify new requirement.
