Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Media Monitoring & Reputation Analyst Beeza

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct social listening across social media platforms and online news portals.
  2. Monitor public conversation trends and detect potential issues before they escalate.
  3. Perform sentiment analysis (Positive/Neutral/Negative) and categorize issues by severity.
  4. Prepare Early Warning System (EWS) reports, both periodic and real-time.
  5. Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for PR and management.
  6. Track brand and reputation metrics and share regular performance reports.
  7. Coordinate with the PR and Digital Marketing teams to respond quickly to emerging issues.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Experience in media monitoring, social listening, or reputation analysis (senior level).
  3. Proficient with media monitoring tools such as Brand24, Meltwater, or Hootsuite.
  4. Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with precision in reporting.
  5. Able to read public conversation patterns and spot early signs of reputational risk.
  6. Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work in real time and under tight deadlines.
