Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Solar PV (PLTS) solutions across industrial, commercial, residential, and government sectors.
- Manage corporate branding initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Commercial teams to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Analyze marketing performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend strategies to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
- Support e-procurement activities and monitor tender opportunities in both government and private sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the Solar PV (PLTS) or EPC industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's renewable energy industry, particularly Solar PV (PLTS), including market trends and business opportunities.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms and tender processes in government or private sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to travel for business meetings, industry events, and project site visits as required.
