Job Description
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
- Lead and manage marketing team performance, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor and improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Manage marketing budget allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for campaign execution.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
- Oversee social media, digital marketing, event activation, KOL/influencer collaboration, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed on schedule and meet company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in managerial level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- (Must) Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Experienced in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with marketing tools, social media platforms, and performance analytics.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
