Marketing Lead
Scope of Work:
- Lead the overall digital and offline marketing strategy for events, from pre-event preparation to execution and post-event evaluation. This includes content planning, KOL/influencer campaigns, digital ads, budgeting, and preparing Plan A–C to anticipate different situations.
- Develop end-to-end concepts and marketing plans for upcoming events, including the event direction, promotional strategy, target audience, communication approach, and execution details.
- Take ownership of digital advertising and online traffic, including campaign planning, monitoring performance, optimizing ads, and driving awareness and visitors to the event.
- Develop concepts and ideas for new event IPs, from brainstorming and market research to creating the overall concept and proposing ideas that have strong potential to grow.
- Build and manage external partnerships to support event growth and marketing activities, including banking partners, logistics companies, F&B brands, communities, and other potential strategic partners.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Content, KOL, Operations, and Sales to make sure marketing plans are aligned and executed properly.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including delegating tasks, setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring the team meets deadlines and campaign targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably with hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creative content and social media, with a good understanding of content trends, social media behavior, and digital marketing.
- Minimum D4/S1 graduate, preferably from Communication or related fields such as Public Relations, Broadcasting, International Relations, Management, Marketing, or other relevant majors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment, including being available on-site and working longer hours when required during event periods.
- Have a strong creative sense and good visual/content taste, with the ability to turn ideas into practical and engaging marketing concepts.
- Able to work well under pressure, move quickly, and adapt to changing situations, especially during event execution.
- Detail-oriented and able to take ownership and responsibility for both individual tasks and team deliverables.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Able to lead, delegate, and manage a team while still being hands-on when needed.
