The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various brands. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage campaigns, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive brand impact.
💼 Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across Skavana’s brands.
• Translate business and brand objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans.
• Own campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and evaluation.
• Work closely with creative, digital, operations, commercial, and other teams to deliver campaigns effectively.
• Identify consumer, market, and competitor insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage brand initiatives, launches, partnerships, and other marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve results.
✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer retail businesses.
• Strong understanding of brand, digital, and integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to both develop strategy and execute hands-on.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferably from Ismaya, MAP, Artisan Group, Union, Boga (experience with retail F&B).
