You will be
Responsible for empowering consumers to kickstart their financial planning journey through a gamified reward-based learning. The team is currently focused on expanding the reach of PolicyPal brand, attracting consumers to learn about personal finance and plan for their financial freedom. You will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our financial education academy and help consumers to take charge of their finances. You love data and your relentless drive to achieve results means you’re constantly looking for actionable insights to optimise based on your findings. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan and direct better execution and optimization of targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize results
- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms and drive content creation with a bias towards integrating it as part of the marketing funnel
- Scope opportunities across the full landscape of channel development, to plan, build and execute a cohesive strategy that drives sign-up users, and engages them at positive ROI
- Understand the value we provide to PolicyPal users, and how to build trust, engage them, and drive them to action (sign-up, retention). Coordinate campaign timing, content and delivery with owners of other active channels (eg organic social, PR, paid social, retention)
- Have a keen and timely approach to active optimization, including A/B testing, conversion and budget
- Establish workflows for managing campaigns, and ensure timely deployment, budget delivery and performance
- Employ processes cross-team to identify any delivery issues that impact your book of business
- Liaise with Performance Marketing and Business Operations stakeholders to outline campaign key metrics required to meet ROI goals
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis, as well as outlining optimizations and next steps
- Monitor and consistently improve campaign health metrics and ROI
- Ensure that all key stakeholders are abreast of campaign performance, metrics and next steps
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant B2C marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, goal and performance-driven
- Experience in as well as using CRM and other marketing tools. Prior experience using Hubspot is a plus
- Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills and a creative mind that loves to solve challenges
- Comfortable to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, proactive problem solver
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality
- Enthusiasm for the work that you do, and the ability to execute your plan to various stakeholders in ways that are actionable
