Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the villa to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and promptly addressing guest needs.
- Supervise all operational departments, including Reservation, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security
- Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the villa and its facilities.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Prepare and submit regular operational, financial, and occupancy reports.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff while maintaining high performance standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with villa owners, guests, suppliers, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Villa Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of villa and hospitality operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational requirements.
