- Reports directly to the Director.
- Leads 4 Plant Managers and oversees the overall manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop World-Class Manufacturing Capability
- Build a robust manufacturing organization to ensure product availability and consistent product quality.
- Establish and implement Best Manufacturing Practices across all manufacturing facilities.
- Drive operational excellence to achieve Outstanding Operations in every production unit.
- Lead manufacturing innovation and continuous process engineering to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost.
2. Lead End-to-End Manufacturing Operations
- Oversee and control all manufacturing operations across PT Eka Bogainti's production plants.
- Ensure effective process quality control and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Optimize manufacturing performance, production capacity, plant utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead Manufacturing Support functions, including machinery and equipment management, maintenance strategy, utilities, and industrial waste management.
- Develop manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives while ensuring operational sustainability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Manager level or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading multiple manufacturing plants and managing Plant Managers.
- Experience reporting directly to Director, VP, COO, or equivalent executive level.
- Strong preference for candidates from the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
