Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Manager Business Development Involve Asia Indonesia
- Growing the business by identifying new business, generating new opportunities, and managing existing relationship with clients.
- Be at ground level to onboard advertisers and recommend partnerships with key or general affiliates
- Involved in developing strategic plans through market data, client analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Develop and execute strategy for driving partnerships and ad sales with your clients from various sectors.
- Oversee and manage your clients comprising of various verticals including but not limited to clients from marketplaces, fashion, travel, health & beauty, services, and financial industries.
- Coordinate research of the market and industry each client is in, and prepare campaign plans that can be executed within the affiliate channel
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve revenue growth of their programs
- At least 8 years’ experience in marketing or business development in advertising / media sales
- Excellent track records, and having the right network and connection to partners
- Experience of multiple industry categories and what drives their online advertising success with the right digital campaign execution and management
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills and broad knowledge of campaign planning and marketing ad stacks
- Experience in delivering against revenue targets or measureable deliverables
- Excellent analytical and presentation skill with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
- Proficiency in English
- Working in agency is a plus
