Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of live streaming operations from pre-stream planning to post-stream analysis
- Crafting live streaming schedules and strategies that boost our company's GMV in line with current trends
- Ensuring live streaming plans for our official Tiktok channel align with our overall corporate strategy
- monitoring campaign effectiveness, tracking real-time data during events, and continously optimizing live streaming performance
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews and refining processes based on insight
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2-year experience in a related role, with a preference for candidates who love worked with influencers or agencies
- Proven experience in building and managing a live streaming room from the ground up
- strong analytical skill, a data-riven mindset, adn proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent Organizational and communication skill
