Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Live Operations, Live Commerce, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience managing live streaming operations and supervising hosts or operational teams.
- Strong understanding of live commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of live streaming performance metrics, sales conversion, audience engagement, and GMV optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple live streaming sessions, operational schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required by live streaming schedules.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily live streaming operations across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution and achievement of business targets.
- Develop and implement live streaming operational strategies to increase sales performance, audience engagement, viewer retention, and conversion rates.
- Monitor live streaming sessions in real time to ensure operational quality, compliance with company guidelines, and effective execution of promotional campaigns.
- Supervise and evaluate Live Operations staff, Live Streaming Hosts, and related operational teams to ensure productivity and performance meet company standards.
- Analyze live streaming performance metrics, including GMV, sales conversion rate, viewer traffic, engagement rate, average watch time, and product performance.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve live streaming effectiveness and business results.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Content teams to ensure product availability, campaign readiness, and promotional alignment.
- Manage live streaming schedules, host assignments, operational workflows, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions during live streaming sessions.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and performance evaluation systems for the Live Operations team.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hosts and operational staff to improve their skills and productivity.
- Stay updated on live commerce trends, platform developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure all live streaming activities comply with platform policies, company regulations, and brand guidelines.
