Senior Legal Staff

Role & Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as cooperation agreements, business contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
2. Provide legal assistance and legal opinions related to the company’s operational activities.
3. Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Manage and handle company licenses and permits (OSS, NIB, business licenses, and related permits).
5. Handle legal correspondence with internal and external parties.
6. Support the resolution of legal issues, including potential disputes and third-party matters.
7. Monitor and update regulatory changes that may impact the company’s business activities.
8. Maintain proper, accurate, and systematic legal documentation and filing.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Staff / Legal Officer.
3. Strong understanding of civil law, corporate law, and basic employment law.
4. Proven ability to draft and analyze contracts accurately and thoroughly.
5. Active proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
7. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
