Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Legal Staff Bali Consultant
We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Staff with strong experience in litigation and corporate & civil law advisory to join our team.
Placement location: Bali Consultant (Jl. By Pass Tanah Lot No.10, Beraban, Kec. Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali 82121)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation (civil and/or criminal cases)
- Familiar with Indonesian laws and court procedures
- Experienced in handling court documents, hearings, and legal correspondence
- Capable of drafting legal opinions, pleadings, contracts, and legal strategies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
- Domiciled in Bali (Tabanan preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage litigation cases from preparation to court hearings
- Provide legal consultation and advisory on corporate, civil, and commercial matters
- Draft legal documents including lawsuits, responses, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, and relevant authorities
- Represent the company or clients in legal proceedings when required
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
