We're currently hiring a Senior Legal Executive for one of our clients in the HR Services industry, placement in Jakarta.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Min. 3 years of experience as legal coordinator/supervisor
- Already licensed as an Advocate will be a plus
- Experience in leading a team will be a plus
- Experience in handling industrial relations (litigation and non-litigation)
- Corporate/in-house legal experience is preferred
- preferably domiciled in JABODETABEK
Job Description :
- Drafting, review, and manage legal documents e.g. SIUP, agreement, PKWT/PKWTT, and other legal documents
- Maintain relationship with third parties (client, government, etc.) related to legal matters
- Handle legal and industrial relation disputes (litigation and non-litigation) and provide legal opinions
- Coordinate with internal tems in handling legal cases
- Act as liaison between management, labor unions, and government
- Ensure company's compliance with government regulations.
