Job Description:
- Manage Brand Ambassadors, Exclusive KOLs, and community partnerships from planning to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talents while ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
- Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, activation plans, and coordinate campaign execution across internal teams.
- Monitor campaign deliverables, content quality, and talent performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Build and engage fitness, sports, and lifestyle communities through strategic activations and events.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, Production, and Event teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and support daily workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Community Management.
- Proven experience managing KOLs, Brand Ambassadors, or influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the latest digital content trends.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring team members is an advantage.
- Passion for the fitness, sports, health, or lifestyle industry is a strong plus.
