About the Role
As a Senior KOL Specialist, you will lead Glamazing’s influencer marketing strategy and play a key role in building impactful creator partnerships that drive brand growth. Beyond managing day-to-day KOL collaborations, you will develop scalable influencer programs, optimize campaign performance, mentor team members, and ensure every partnership contributes to both brand awareness and business objectives.
You will be the bridge between Glamazing and top creators, agencies, and communities, creating authentic collaborations that resonate with Gen Z while delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic KOL and influencer marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key creators, talent agencies, and influencer networks.
- Lead end-to-end KOL campaigns, from talent sourcing and negotiation to execution and performance evaluation.
- Identify emerging creators, trends, and platform opportunities to keep Glamazing ahead of competitors.
- Manage campaign budgets, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize future activations based on data.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Affiliate, and E-Commerce teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Establish KOL performance benchmarks, reporting systems, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior KOL team members to improve execution quality and productivity.
Must Have
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong network within the Indonesian creator and influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and ROI.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Ability to lead projects independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Have experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Have managed six-figure influencer budgets and large-scale creator campaigns.
- Understand affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and social selling ecosystems.
- Have experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Are highly connected with top-tier, mid-tier, and emerging creators across Indonesia.
- Have a strong understanding of Gen Z consumer behavior and internet culture.
