1. Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
2. Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with key influencers and content creators
3. Lead end-to-end KOL campaigns, from planning and negotiation to execution and reporting
4. Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, and deliverables with KOLs and agencies
5. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
6. Review content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
7. Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and influencer landscape
9. Track and evaluate ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
10. Build and maintain a strong KOL database and partnership network
11. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
12. Mentor and support junior KOL team members when required
