About the Role!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Key Account Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team in handling customer follow-up, delivery monitoring, contract administration, and routine sales reporting to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers by phone regarding orders, deliveries, and account updates
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with related departments
- Manage and monitor contracts for Key Account customers
- Prepare routine sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain accurate sales and customer databases
- Support the Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks
- Analyze sales data and provide accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Key Account Administration
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis)
- Experienced in data management and handling large datasets
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- B2B industry experience is a plus
