Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Experience in managing security applications.
- Over 5 years of experience.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows or Non-Windows).
- Experience in analyzing or assessing security products.
- Possession of a security certification.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, ability to work in teams or independently, and willingness to comply with company policies.
- Background in infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- Experience with handling EDR (Microsoft Defender).
- Availability for 24/7 shift work (Tentative).
Job Description:
- Build and maintain system security.
- Conduct system security testing.
- Assess security products that will be implemented in the system.
- Perform Proof of Concept (POC) for security solutions.
- Implement and oversee security projects.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of security systems and provide solutions to enhance the security of the system against potential cyberattacks.
- Understand network systems.
- Analyze and apply the latest data security policies.
- Investigate network disruptions and mitigate data breach attacks.
- Communicate with system/application owners regarding the security measures to be applied.
- Provide detailed weekly activity reports.
- Able to develop and implement security standards for the system.
