Requirement for Company/Service Provider Workers (partners)
- Scope of Work
- Lead Hardware testing and QC for IOT Product
- Create and manage Standard Of installation and troubleshooting
- Support product and marketing team in technical hardware aspect
- Do installation and troubleshooting in customer site
- Taking lead of product demonstration in customer and marketing event including product scenario and user application
Requirements & Specifications
Technical Skills:
- Understand Electrical knowledge and/or mechatronic
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Understand customer pain point and able to convert to creative solutions
- Understand IOT communication protocol (MQTT, ACMP, HTTP, TCP, etc) is a plus
Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Computer engineer, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Fleet management (GPS tracking), CCTV, Energy Management hardware installation, troubleshooting and research
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
- Experience and knowledge of local IoT network technologies
- Strong understanding Canbus, Modbus, RS232, RS485 mechanism
- Preferred from Fleet management player, CCTV SI player, Energy Management SI player, Industry automation SI Player
