Senior Import Documentation

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); Diploma (D3) graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Export-Import or Freight Forwarding (Sea Freight)
3. Strong understanding of sea import procedures and customs clearance (PIB, PEB, Manifest, LS, SPJM, SPPB)
4. Good knowledge of transportation processes, cost control, and deadline management
5. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and supervise sea freight import operations
2. Prepare and review PIB drafts, surveyor reports, and import documents
3. Coordinate with customs officers, shipping lines, vendors, and internal departments
4. Handle inspection processes (SPJM / NHI) and resolve operational issues
5. Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient customs clearance and delivery processes
6. Maintain transportation and warehouse vendor data
7. Prepare operational reports and administrative documentation related to import activities
