PT Bisnis Adviz Solusi is hiring for Senior Human Resources in our office at Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology / HR Management with a minimum GPA of 3.20
- Experienced in HR Related Field for more than 3 years
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Carrying out the testing process for new employees
- Carry out employee payroll processes, HRIS, and organizational development
- Perform PPh 21 calculations
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Understand employment regulations
- Manage employee administration including BPJS
- Perform other Ad Hoc tasks related to HR
