Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior HRGA Xperteam Consultant
We are looking for a Senior HRGA to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and employee engagement for on of our Clients, PT Oriental Logistic Indonesia, freight forwarding and customs business.
🔎 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year leading a small team
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, PKWT/PKWTT, THR, overtime, leave, and termination processes
• Familiar with HRIS, attendance systems, payroll administration, and BPJS management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and integrity
