· S1 Psychology / Law / HR
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience is preferred in FOOD & BEVERAGES & Retail companies
· Experience holding HRD Outlet Operations
· Proficient in Job Creation Law / Employment Law
· Experience in conducting outbound operations
· Ready for official travel duties (Out of town)
· Able to make a Collective Labor Agreement,
· Strong employee recruitment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
· Have leadership, discipline, and kindness
· Communication, Assertiveness, and Loyalty
· Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process
· Monitor employee development systems through training, job analysis, job evaluation, and job value mapping.
· Ensure that the employee's administrative records and documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Promotion, Promotion, Counseling, Warning Letter, etc).
· Develop, optimize and regulate regulations
· Control and take responsibility for matters related to labor and law (industrial relations, Licensing, BPJS, Employment Law, etc.).
· As a corporate representative for Union and External communications.
· KPI or OKR Audit, Government Audit/Inspection.
· Willing to work out of town and control out-of-town outlets
· Legal Documentation Process.
· Assisting HR business partnership initiatives, namely, HR Dashboard.
