• Handle end to end recruitment process from candidate source until onboarding process.
• Performing recruitment data analysis for the existing and create strategy for recruitment improvement in the following period
• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, developing and implementing employee training programs to improve employee performance.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through training evaluation, overseeing employee training programs to make sure that all employees have the skills they need to perform their jobs effectively.
• Reviewing employee performance records to determine if employees should be terminated or promoted based on their performance.
• Assist HRD Manager to implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
· Proven work experience qith similar role min. 4 years experience.
· Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR operations are running effectively and efficiently
· Required Skill(s): human resource, Microsoft Office, SOP, HR Operations, HR Policies, recruitment, talent management, talent acquisition.
· Understanding QMS ISO 9001:2015 & Information Security Management System ISO 27001:2013.
· Possession of excellent written communication skills, and experience in writing job descriptions and employment postings/advertisements.
· Good command in English.
