SENIOR HR SPECIALIST

Laurelton lagi cari Senior HR Specialist yang bukan cuma jago recruitment, tapi bisa bantu kita build a high-performing team & proper people system as we grow

WFO - Gading Serpong - Full Time

What you'll own:

• End-to-end recruitment & continuously build strong talent pool

• Talent screening, assessment & hiring recommendation

• Pertormance management & employee evaluation

• Learning & people development

• Company culture & employee engagement

• Employee relations, feedback & people issues

• Improve HR policies, SOP & people system

• Oversee essential HR administration

We're looking for:

• Min. 3-5 years experience in HR / People function

• Strong experience in recruitment & talent assessment

• Experienced handling performance management & employee relations

• Comfortable building HR systems, not just following existing ones

• Strong judgment, communication & problem-solving

• Proactive, independent & high ownership

• Experience in startup / fast-growing company is a plus

This role is for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
