Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Operations professional to lead and stabilize our HR and General Affairs departments during a period of organizational restructuring. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for all business entities, ensuring payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and efficient facility management.
Key Responsibilities
1. End to End Recruitment
- Partner with CEO and Department Head to identify hiring needs and maintain an optimized headcount across all entities under Daging Group
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, initial screening and coordinating interviews for both back office and outlet level positions
- Ensure all candidates align with the company’s culture and technical standard, specifically focusing on stabilizing the current turnover rates
- Handle salary negotiations, reference checks and the preparation of offer letter and employee agreements
- Design and lead a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated and productive from day one.
2. Employee Lifecycle & Contract Management
- Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from seamless onboarding to structured exit clearance process
- Oversee contract management, ensuring all renewal or termination decisions are finalized at least 7 days before expiry
- Conduct performance reviews with department heads to determine contract status based on attendance and productivity metrics
3. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Action
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and ensure strict adherence to the company regulations (SOP, Code of Conduct or Peraturan Perusahaan)
- Monitor workforce discipline, identifying patterns of absenteeism or lateness and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead disciplinary meetings and manage the formal warning letter (SP) workflow in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations.
4. Payroll and Compensation Management
- Execute end to end monthly payroll for all entities using Mekari Talenta, ensuring 100% accuracy in disbursement
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions (BPJS).
- Manage all statutory BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan) registration, reporting and payments
- Lead the ongoing review of the company’s service charge distributions and salary leveling to ensure market competitiveness.
5. Performance Management & Workforce Planning
- Implement the company wide KPI framework to track and improve individual and departmental performance
- Facilitate appraisal cycles, balancing system generated data with qualitative feedback from Leaders
- Analyze turnover trends and develop retention strategies to stabilize the workforce.
6. General Affairs & Facility Management
- Directly lead and manage General Affairs staff, including Office Boys and Drivers, ensuring optimal scheduling and task completion.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, uniforms, and company assets across all branches.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, building maintenance services, and security providers to ensure all outlets (Steakhouses and Production units) operate without disruption.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety standards and cleanliness protocols across all physical locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
> Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or related field.
- Minimum of 6 - 9 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Operational roles.
- Strong preference for candidates coming from F&B, Hospitality or Retail industries, familiar with the fast paced nature of outlet operations and ability to work in highly mobility set up
> Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Expert level experience using Mekari Talenta (for Payroll, Attendance, Employee Database, Assets) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Regulations (UU Tenaga Kerja & UU Cipta Kerja), including PKWT, PKWTT, Kemitraan regulations and termination procedures.
- Hands-on experience in end to end payroll processing, including PPh2 and BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan calculations.
- Ability to interpret HR metrics (turnover rates, attendance trends) into actionable management reports.
> Soft Skill & Competencies
- Proven ability to manage and develop a diverse workforce, including blue collar staff (GA/Drivers/OB)
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills to handle sensitive industrial relations issues and disciplinary meetings
- The ability to make tough data driven decision regarding contract non renewals and performance management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple business entities simultaneously.
