Infosys Solusi Terpadu is looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing tech team! If you have over 5 years of HR experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding
- Implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Oversee contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of labor regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
