Senior Housekeeping

Bebas Villas is located in Bingin, Bali, and consists of six villas that offer a unique stay experience surrounded by beautiful nature, close to some of Bali’s best surfing spots and golf courses. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their stay. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, and we believe that every team member contributes to the success of the company.

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of all villa areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Responsibilities also include changing bed linens, cleaning surfaces, ensuring proper sanitation standards, and assisting guests with their basic needs. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.

We are seeking candidates with a high school or vocational school diploma (SMA/SMK) and 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or housekeeping. Skills in customer service, hotel housekeeping, and general cleaning operations are highly preferred. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
