About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeping to oversee daily operations of our luxury villa portfolio in Bali.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a hospitality mindset focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and supervise daily villa operations
2. Ensure property standards meet luxury hospitality benchmarks
3. Conduct pre-arrival inspections and quality assurance checks
4. Handle guest relations, special requests, and complaints professionally
5. Coordinate scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring
6. Control operational expenses and inventory management
7. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports to manager operational

Qualifications :
1. Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role within hotel, resort or villa
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Fluent or conversational English required
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
5. High attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
7. Based in Bali
