What You’ll Do:
• Lead and supervise the overall kitchen operation
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portioning
• Develop and improve menus according to the restaurant concept and market trends
• Establish and maintain kitchen SOPs, recipes, and food safety standards
• Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory, and kitchen productivity
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety
• Collaborate with Management and other departments to achieve operational targets
• Drive continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency and product quality
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in professional kitchen operations
• Previous experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Western cuisine, All Day Dining, and breakfast concepts
• Strong understanding of food cost, menu engineering, inventory, and kitchen systems
• Creative, detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
