1. Know the customer: deeply understand customer needs & behavior, develop new customer insights.

3. Know the competition: understand the competitors, ensure the company has competitive advantage over time.
4. Develop business strategy: build strategy around product offering, product marketing, customer acquisition, compensation structure and tactics to increase our customer base.
5. Work hand-in-hand with the product team to build the right user experience and tools to continue drive exponential growth.
6. Stakeholder Management: manage key stakeholders, prepare insights for stakeholders and present it in regular meetings.
7. Special Projects: own, lead and drive growth-focused special projects/campaigns/partnership with external stakeholders.
1. Having 5 years of experience in a strategy or project management role at a poultry farm industry or consulting company is a plus
2. High level of proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
4. Desire to deal with complex business issues, and ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
5. Prior experience/proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Excellent communication skill
7. High curiosity, enthusiastic about work, energy to serve, problem solver, and team player
8. Self-starter and ready to get hands dirty in early-stage product development
