We are currently looking for a Senior Greeter / Senior Host to join our team in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a welcoming and memorable first impression of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and capable of managing the flow of guests with efficiency and grace. The Senior Greeter / Senior Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, providing information about our services, and maintaining a positive and organized front-of-house environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the restaurant staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring all interactions reflect the high standards of BIKO Group. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors.

Candidates must be FEMALE, have an SMA/SMK education level, and between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in customer service, social media, communication, hotel reservations, and time management are essential.
