- Lead visual execution across all brand accounts under Allure Industries.
- Translate brand strategy, positioning, and campaigns into strong visual systems.
- Design key marketing assets: social media, campaign visuals, presentations, ads, print, and digital materials.
- Act as the final quality control for visual outputs before publication or launch.
- Collaborate closely with VP Marketing, brand, social media, and content teams.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and content creators on design thinking and execution.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience as Graphic Designer / Senior Designer (S1 required)
- Strong portfolio in multi-brand or complex brand systems
- Excellent typography, layout, composition & visual hierarchy
- Experienced in digital-first / omnichannel design
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work fast without losing quality
