About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading visual execution, creative direction, and UI/UX design across digital platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, creative leadership, and the ability to integrate AI tools into the design process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using AI tools for creative production
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with Figma or similar tools
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Native AI user — uses AI tools daily (especially ChatGPT/GPT) and has working knowledge of multiple AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and GPT for content creation and workflow efficiency
- Having and willing to use a personal laptop for work will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual direction
- Applying AI-driven thinking into design ideation, creative direction, and content strategy for IMAJIK' social media
- Using AI tools to accelerate asset creation, enhance production pipelines, and deliver output across social media, projects, and client work
- Design assets for branding, marketing, and digital products
- Create and improve UI/UX designs for web or applications
- Optimize creative workflows using AI tools
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams
- Mentor junior designers and interns
- Ensure visual consistency and quality
